2025 PF Cameron Boozer (Columbus, FL) Boozer followed up his 40-point, 10 rebound performance on Friday night against McEachern with a 26 point and 12 rebound performance on Saturday night. His ability to score in the paint, outside the arc and as an effective high post passer (six assist Saturday night) adds to his versatility as a player. He has great size to ward off double teams and uses his big mitts to catch anything thrown his way.
2024 SF Ace Bailey (McEachern, GA) The versatile scorer in the class! Bailey came out blazing, scoring 24 points in the first half but wore out against the deeper Columbus squad. There isn’t an area on the court the Bailey can score from. He created off the dribble, rip drives, catch and shoot, transition, mid-post, like Burger King, he has it his way. Rutgers will be able to use Bailey use him in different spots on the floor that should make him to guard on the next level.
2024 SG Jamari Phillips (Dream City Christian, AZ) One of the tough things to communicate to players is the recognition of when your shot isn’t falling, you need to find other ways to be effective on offense. Phillips had a tough go on the perimeter Friday night but decided to attack the rim and was rewarded, finishing plays, or getting fouled – going 7-7 from the line. Saturday night he found his stroke, going 4-8 from the arc and game MVP.
2025 PF Caleb Wilson (Holy Innocents Episcopal, GA) The 6-10ish Wilson showed his versatility as a -player that can score from the short corner, flash post, dribble drives and the perimeter, the things that make him a top three player in the class. Have you noticed the trend ion these write-ups – VERSATILITY! Wilson finished with 25 points, 16 rebounds and three assist. He like Boozer, has to cut down on turnovers, mostly from forcing the action.
2026 SG Quincy Wadley (Bishop O’Connell, VA) I loved watching Wadley play. He shot it well on Saturday, going 4-8 from the arc, scoring off the catch and the dribble…showing his efficiency but also plays with good energy, defends and active on both ends. This is showing as a deep class and he’s one of the best in class.
2024 SG Naas Cunningham (Southern California Academy) Cunningham looked comfortable all weekend, getting 17 points and 11 rebounds on Friday, and backing that up with 15 points and eight rebounds on Saturday. As you can see from the numbers above, what impressed me the most was his willingness to hit the boards. Shot it well with range and was effective getting to the basket by attacking closeouts.
2026 SG Ikenna Alozie (Dream City Christian) Has the ability to swing momentum DCC’s way with his high-level athleticism, but he is developing a more well-rounded game. He displayed solid passing ability on kick-outs and corner drifts as well a willingness to shoot the deep ball when available, an area where he undoubtably continue to work on. Utilizing his length and athleticism, he is a very good rebounder and defender. Another one of the top players in the class.
