Wheeler High School, 2026 6-foot-6 wing guard Jaron Saulsberry, has committed to Ole Miss.
Saulsberry took an official visit to Oxford last weekend and left convinced that Ole Miss was the right fit, both on and off the court. The four-star prospect praised head coach Chris Beard and assistant Al Pickens for their consistency and belief in his potential throughout the recruiting process.
“They stayed committed to my recruitment and it felt like home,” Saulsberry said.
One of the most athletic and explosive wings in the 2026 class, Saulsberry brings a rare combination of size, quickness, and defensive toughness. He’s known for guarding multiple positions with passion, using his length and foot speed to disrupt plays. Offensively, his game continues to expand; his jumper is improving, and he’s dangerous in transition with the ability to finish above the rim.
Saulsberry’s blend of athleticism, versatility, and two-way impact, will be a welcomed addition in Oxford.
