Daquan Jones was a huge part of the 2024 class for Kim English at Providence. His winning mentality, toughness and style of play would have been welcome additions as the new staff is trying to put their stamp on the Friars program.
Jones chose Providence over Notre Dame, Mississippi State and Maryland back in June, but decided to re-open his recruitment this week. The word is Notre Dame is back in the mix with a new suitor knocking on the door, Indiana.
Indiana recently lost out on Boogie Fland so their interest makes a lot of sense.
